A studio apartment in the style of a factory loft, finished with 100-year-old bricks. The apartment is designed in a modern style referring to lofts adapted from factory halls. Most rooms are open giving a sense of large space. The walls in the living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are finished with 100-year-old brick and architectural concrete. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and ascetic but finished with a worktop made of natural wood Asian Acacia. Bathroom size XL and actually SPA salon with shower and jacuzzi where you can take a quick shower in the morning and relaxing bath with water-air massages in the evening . The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a bedhead designed by designOmania with images of popular painter  C.K. Kostjan. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. The dining room has a table and chairs for 4 people. Complementing the apartment is a large balcony where you can relax in silence.
